Cape Ruby

This fortified Cape Ruby is made in a “port-style” using Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes. Fermented and then fortified to 18% alc leaving some residual sugar. This 375ml wine is dark Ruby in colour and has a full body with well-integrated wood and alcohol.  Made by the fifth generation.
