Shiraz

These Shiraz vines are situated in sandy soil that contributes to the unique style of this wine. On the palate, rewarding berry aromas are combined with hints of spice supporting it’s smokey palate.  This full bodied Shiraz is dark red in color and provides aromas of black fruits, peppery spice and violets. This wine pairs excellent with game, spicy pate’s, guinea fowl or roasted beef.
